Personalised Wedding Handmade Keepsake With Hanging Hearts

This personalised hanging plaque featuring the couple's surname and two small wooden hearts with their names, tied together with jute string and an "&" in the middle. You can even replace the "&" with a name of your choice.

The plaque is painted in white chalk paint and waxed for protection and finished with ivory organza ribbon bows.

Made from birch wood, it measures 23 x 9cm (not including the hanging hearts). It's a wonderful and unique way to celebrate the happy couple on their special day.
