You can choose from a variety of chalk paint colours and bow options to make it truly unique.

The plaque features the heart-warming message, "Grandchildren are like snowflakes, each one is beautifully unique" with each grandchild's name displayed on a painted wooden heart.

Simply select the same number of hearts as there are grandchildren.

If you have more than 7 grandchildren, the first two names will be displayed on white hearts hanging from the middle of the plaque, with the rest on coloured hearts hanging below.

The text is cut from black vinyl and applied to the plaque, which is then waxed and threaded with jute string for easy hanging on a wall.

The size of the plaque varies from 23-30cm.
