Handcrafted Personalised Wooden Hanging Heart Family Tree Including 4 Names

This exquisite family tree keepsake is expertly crafted by hand.

The loving message on the plaque reads: "Our family's love is tied together with heart strings".

The plaque is painted in white chalk paint and trimmed with your choice of chalk paint colour.

You can choose to include two small wooden hearts on the main plaque by selecting the appropriate option from the drop-down menu.

The four hanging hearts beneath the main plaque are painted in alternating colours with the same edging colour you chose for the main plaque.

The names of each family member (up to 9 letters per name) are written on the three small wooden hearts.

For protection, we apply a clear wax to protect your keepsake over the coming years whilst hanging on the wall.

Only one name per heart is allowed.

We add jute string for easy hanging on the wall and finish it off with a bow of your choice.

The keepsake is made from birch wood and measures 23 x 9cm.
