Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to make my personalised item? Because each item is handmade and personalised just for you, please allow time for your order to be made. I update my make times as and when required. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), this may be slightly longer — check our homepage banner for current turnaround times. You can find my make times on top of every page. Please note this is a guide.

If you would like to know exactly, please email me before ordering. Leaving a note at checkout stating you need it by (date) will be ignored.

When will my order arrive?  Once your item is made, UK delivery typically takes

RM24 usually takes 1 day

RM48 usually 2/3 days

Neither of the above is a guaranteed delivery service, but both are tracked.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Can I see the proof before you make it? If it applies to the listing and requires your approval before I can make it, then yes. It will say on the description if I'm sending the proof via email; this is usually the same day. However, during busy times, please allow 24 hours

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation? Please review your spelling and details carefully before ordering, as items are made exactly as entered. If you spot an error, contact us within an hour of ordering, and we'll do our best to amend it before production starts. However, this is not guaranteed.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item? As personalised items are made specifically for you, they're non-returnable unless faulty or damaged. If there's a problem with your order, contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we'll put it right.

What if my item arrives damaged? We're so sorry! Please email us photos of the damage within 5 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a replacement to be made and shipped as a priority.

Can I order a custom design that isn't listed? We love a custom project! Get in touch via our Contact page with your idea, and we'll let you know if we can make it and provide a quote.

How do I care for my item? Chalk-painted plaques designed for indoors can be wiped gently with a dry cloth. Plaques designed for outside can be wiped with a damp cloth if or when the occasion arises.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes? Yes, we offer gift notes in place of your invoice, free of charge.
