Shipping policy

Where we ship We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing time All orders are personalised and handmade to order. Please allow 4–5 working days for your item to be crafted before it is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery options

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — estimated delivery within 2–3 business days after dispatch. This is our standard delivery service.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after dispatch. Choose this option if you need your order sooner.

Delivery times Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) please allow extra time and order early.

Lost or delayed orders If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at sales@kenzocrafts.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
